Who we are

DomiVise Ltd ("DomiVise", "we", "us") operates this website and is developing an intelligent property management and landlord advisory platform for landlords across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. DomiVise Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17415511. Our registered office is Flat 3 2 Brent Cross Gardens, London, England, NW4 3RJ. For any privacy question or request, contact hello@domivise.co.uk.

What we collect now

Through our early-access signup form we collect: your name, email address, approximate portfolio size, and — if you choose to share it — a description of your biggest property-management challenge. We also record which page element referred you to the form, whether you opted in to optional marketing, and the version of this privacy notice shown when you joined.

Why we collect it

  • To manage Founding 100 membership and contact you about your application, private-beta access and essential product-administration updates;
  • To understand what features matter most to early users;
  • To send optional marketing updates only where you have separately opted in, which you can stop anytime via unsubscribe or by emailing us.

Our legal basis

We process Founding 100 and private-beta application information because it is necessary to respond to your request to join the programme and because we have a legitimate interest in developing DomiVise with early users. Optional marketing is processed only with your consent. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time — we will stop marketing messages and delete your details on request unless we must keep limited records by law.

Who gets access

We do not sell your personal information. The current website uses service providers for website hosting, domain/DNS operation, Resend for email delivery, contact management and form notifications, font delivery and static asset delivery. The public site also loads Google Fonts, cdnjs, jsDelivr and Pexels-hosted media assets. These providers process limited technical data such as IP address, browser details and request logs when your browser requests their files. Any provider that handles signup or email data must process it only on our instructions and protect it under appropriate contractual terms.

International transfers

Some providers may process or store data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy regulations, or equivalent protections required by UK data-protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep Founding 100 and private-beta signup details while DomiVise is in development and for up to 24 months after the beta opens, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete the information sooner. Optional marketing consent records are kept while you remain subscribed and for up to 24 months after you unsubscribe so we can evidence and respect that choice. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove it promptly unless a legal obligation requires limited retention.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we handle your data.

Changes to this policy

As the product develops, this policy will be updated. Material changes will be announced to members by email and on this page with a new "last updated" date.
